Caring Solutions, with your help, is gathering all the supplies needed to help keep these friends cared for and comfortable. Donated items can be dropped off to Caring Solutions during business hours Monday - Friday.

Our Scheduling Coordinator knew a moving company through a friend from middle school.

Move Along moving company chose to help us and pick up and deliver and set up the bed with NO CHARGE!

I am a current client of this provider, Caring Solutions has been outstanding. The caregiver has been providing care 40 hrs/ wk for the last two years. She has been incredible dealing with my wife with early onset Alzheimer’s and has been very compassionate. She is able to get her to do things that would be impossible for me. She always arrives early, has never called in sick, and schedules her own appointments for after hours. Besides attending to eating and personal care needs for my wife, she tidies my house and has cooked meals for me. The on staff nurse has been very helpful when needed. I highly recommend this agency. I am a past client of this provider, We have been consumers of the services from Caring Solutions for the past two years. My mom and I were in a car accident, and she was unable to care for herself after shattering her leg and fracturing her neck. Caring Solutions was right there after Rehab and was able to continue to support her, sometimes 7 days per week. As we both began to improve, we decreased the services, but when my mom fell, they were right back there on a moments notice to support our family. Not only are they responsive to our needs, but my mom has met some of the most caring and supportive people we have known. Karen was exceptional with the scheduling and so easy to communicate with. All in all, you couldn’t ask for better more compassionate service. I give them 5 stars, but that surely is not enough for this organization! (5 stars 2023)

I am a past client of this provider, My uncle used Caring Solutions for a few hours per day, and then after he fell we asked them for 24-hour care and they worked hard to cover that time. The caregivers are trained, and they are supervised. The nurse kept track of my uncle and what he needed, and there was good communication between the caregivers. Our family really appreciated the care they showed and the respectful manner in which they treated my uncle all the way to the end. I can't recommend Caring Solutions highly enough! (5 stars 2023)

By Retired Scientist , I am a current client of this provider, Caring Solutions was recommended by our Case Manager, and has exceeded my expectations. Our primary need is companionship and some personal care for my wife, who has mild dementia, and respite for me. One aide who is here for 3 to 5 hours 5 or 6 days a week has really bonded with her and they treat each other like friends. We have other aides from time to time, and they are also good, not having the same opportunity to bond. I occasionally go away for a few days, and CS has provided more help on those occasions, although our daughters have picked up most of the additional care. I have found them responsive and punctual. This company sends staff to help my dad (and his dog) twice a day and they are definitely caring and professional. (5 stars 2022)

I am a past client of this provider, I'm pretty happy with Caring Solutions. I chose them because I got some very good references on them. When I met with the owner, she impressed me. They took care of all her daily needs, the laundry, they clean her room, toileting, and preparing meals. However, they have one aide that came as a substitute that I wasn't crazy about. I didn't get the same quality as I got with my mom's full-time aide. (5 stars 2022)

It has been my experience, while having many caretakers that they render efficient and courteous service. Also, when they are with me, I have a good sense of security. I am very pleased. I am a past client of this provider, It takes a small, independent company like Caring Solutions to give the individual attention and flexibility families need to help to care for their loved one. The staff worked hard to match the right caretakers with our mom, and were always extremely conscious of our budget. Every caretaker was well-trained, patient, kind and attentive. Our visit to Ronald McDonald House, Springfield,MA

Caring Solutions staff ran a donation for the Ronald McDonald house in Springfield,MA

Our caregivers donated seven huge bags of toys, household goods and clothes for the families that stay at the house. We were lucky to get a tour from Celine after we dropped the donations. This facility is amazing, game rooms, play area for kids, state of the art kitchens that were just updated. The home was decorated so warm and felt like home. We thanked the staff for all they do for these families.

Our staff at Caring Solutions was touched by Ronald McDonald house when one of their children was diagnosed with leukemia and needed to stay there for a few weeks.

We hope to continue donating towards them throughout the year.

When bringing your elderly loved one's meals-

Instead of multiple containers, bring the leftovers in muffin tins. You can put the entire muffin tin in the toaster/oven to heat, perfect portions and easy toss in trash when they are done without all those Tupperware!

2022 Promotions for our Caregivers- ADDED October's promotion!! Check it out!

Caring Solutions started a promotion for the year 2022. We would like to show our appreciation towards all our amazing caregivers. They have been amazing throughout the past few years of COVID changes. The stress and new policies have been difficult for us all. This promotion will pick a new "feature" every month to encourage our compassionate staff to always do their best and show that we appreciate all they do on a daily basis to ensure their clients are happy, healthy and safe!

October 2022 - We will be filling goodie bags the week before Halloween, When you come to pick up your check you can pick a treat bag- some will be filled with candy and some will be filled with candy and a scratch ticket.

September 2022- For September we are entering ALL caregivers names in a bucket for a chance at winning a gift basket valued at $50. Keep an eye out for out post for the winner

August 2022- For August we will be voting for the "Caregiver of the Month" next week. TO BE ANNOUNCED

July 2022- As we continue to appreciate you, treat yourself to new scrubs and donate your old one.

For each item of clothing, you will receive one entry into the raffle for a $50 gift card from Pride LINDA WON- Donated over 42 scrub pieces! She won our July promotion!

June 2022- For our June promotion we will be having a raffle for a gift basket prize.

We want it to be in your hands- you pick our winner by nominating who you feel is showing compassion, reliability, commitment to their clients.

In order to be entered we strongly encourage you to nominate someone that you noticed was doing a great job! You cannot nominate yourself.

If you notice someone doing a great job or going above and beyond-nominate them! At the end of the month, we will draw the winner!

***We we repeat the last 6 promotions for the end of the year

January 2022- We are raising the "referral bonus" to $250.00 from $150.00 for any referral who works past the probationary period of 90 days.

February 2022- We are raising the "Caregiver of the Month" bonus to $100.00 from $50.00 gift card to Walmart.

March 2022 - We are doing a raffle- every extra shift picked up out of their regular schedule will enter them into the raffle to win the prize of a gift card.

The prize is to be determined-We reached out to the caregivers to ask what THEY wanted to win. Whichever prize receives the most votes will be our prize. YOU ARE ABLE TO WIN BOTH THE RAFFLE AND THE CAREGIVER OF THE MONTH for this month.

***As of March 20th Caring Solutions raised the mileage charge for aides to travel to shifts under 2hours. from .60 cents per mile one way to .80 cents per mile one way-for travel.

April 2022- For April we are having an Easter themed promotion.

We will have a big basket filled with giant eggs. On April 15th, a Friday all of the caregivers come in for their weekly schedules and paychecks. At this time, they can pick an egg from the basket. Each egg has scratch tickets in them of different denominations and candy. You don't know which eggs have which items. PICK AN EGG AND WIN!

***ALL APRIL WINNERS FOR "CAREGIVER OF THE WEEK" WILL RECEIVE A RAISED GIFT CARD OF $10 instead of the previous $5

May 2022- For May our promotion is "Caregiver of the week" winner will receive a $20 gas card.

We think with the gas prices raising we wanted to help our staff with what's going on in the world today. Higher gas cards for our winners we feel will be helpful.

June 2022- For our June promotion we will be having a raffle for a gift basket prize.

One of our caregivers just donated over 40+ scrub items.

For July's "Year of Appreciation" Promotion we had a scrub drive.

HHA Training program

This week two of our HHA Training participants passed their exam after working very hard. They learned all the skills they will need to go on and work with their clients.

We are beyond proud that they passed the exam with flying colors!

For June we asked all of our caregivers to nominate fellow hard working caregiver to get entered in the raffle.

They were allowed to enter as many people as they wanted.

They could not nominate themselves.

Yesterday we had Maddie- Our Office Manager's 3 year old pick the winner.

We are looking for kind, compassionate, patient individuals eager to help the elderly in their homes stay safe, happy and healthy.

Duties include but not limited to-

Helping with personal care, driving to grocery stores & Dr. Appts, assisting/ preparing meals, clean up, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, taking client for walks, and any other daily activities they may need assistance with.

Must have drivers license and reliable transportation

Must be vaccinated

Must pass background check
